I have some code to toggle between elements of the same class but when I click the button it does not always toggle the class and sometimes it doesn’t toggle at all.
I tried using toggleClass, toggleClass and toggle with no luck. Here is the code:

The button is just a button for now, it might be a form, radio button, or checkbox later. I think the problem is that I’m not toggling the classes and I don’t know why. I even tried adding!important to the class attribute as the docs say:
