Changing the permissions of the folder and the individual files to 644 solved the problem.
Executing the following command did not fix the problem:
Change the permissions on the Box, Mara-Fix to 775 as per the following example:
chmod 775 /home/ftp
chmod 775 /home/ftp/
chmod 775 /home/ftp/Box,Mara-Fix
1,266 files were changed
If you run the same command repeatedly it seems to delay the process slightly.

The association of airway colonization with severity of bronchiolitis is unknown. Nasopharyngeal aspirates were obtained from 169 infants with culture-proven RSV bronchiolitis. Bacteria were isolated in 37 (21.8%), and upper airway virus was isolated in 59 (34.9%). Both bacterial and virus isolation were uncommonly observed in the absence of virus in the lower respiratory tract. The number of positive cultures increased with decreasing age, and was most common at 28 days of life. Upper airway viruses were more commonly isolated at 7 days of life and bacterial infection at 28 days of life. Mild bronchiolitis was associated with positive cultures at all ages, whereas severe bronchiolitis was associated with isolation of virus at all ages. These findings suggest that the development of airway colonization is important for the development of more severe bronchiolitis.The past twenty years have seen dramatic reductions in the rates of childhood mortality, as seen in this graph, and we are well on our way to halving the number of children who die before age 5:
