In Autodesk Autocad, create a new drawing or open an existing file.
You will be asked to open the project file. Open this file and press shift+F12 to switch the application to the screen layout file.

I’m using the SDK’s ModifyRuleClient class in Azure Key Vault to allow user to be able to configure some operations of Azure Key Vault.
