Text 2D

Text blocks are the most popular tools for creating text in AutoCAD. By placing text blocks, you can create and edit text and add graphics to the blocks. The Text tool includes the tools for creating, editing, and placing text.

Text placed with text blocks can have any number of lines with the capability to add a line break, a space, and hyphenation. You can use a character-based text tool or an interactive text tool.
