Does anyone have any experience with exterior painting? I like to repaint on occasion and I’ve always used a high gloss exterior paint. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried a semi gloss or matte finish in the summer. I’m worried about what conditions I’ll be in during the summer and if I will have to sand down the wood. I always use a sanding block when I paint. In the summer, I wouldn’t want any water to get into the paint. And does anyone know about the color stability of the paint? Have you any experience with the product name I’m using? “SealIt” by Sherwin Williams. Thanks for any help.

😎 I have used the Sherwin Williams Semi-Gloss System on a few projects, and had good results. I haven’t had any negative issues, and it doesn’t change the color as it changes with heat, humidity, etc., so it’s a great system.
