How to correctly setup a ThreadPoolExecutor

I want to realize a threaded request queue.
My current approach is to create a threadpool of 8 threads and a FixedThreadPool of 8 threads.
The FixedThreadPool is used for request events and the ThreadPool is used for normal processing.

You can even pass in a CSV file or stream if you’re using an input.
CSVReader is available in the h2 database dialect, so you can replace the default CSV with a H2 CSV File
