This may not be all the features you are asking for, but unfortunately the only xsl:pipeline available in any free version of XSLT 2.0 processors is to output an XML document (I can’t find the help page for which processor provides which support). If you can’t use xsltproc or Saxon then you are out of luck in the free versions of xsltproc, saxon and various other processors.
