KEYMACRO is an easy-to-use application that allows you to easily and effectively create macros for your keyboard.
Functionality
KEYMACRO lets you easily create macros for your keyboard. You can start one by simply pressing the keys you want to perform a specific task. The program also lets you decide between the hotkeys and the keyboard shortcuts, and can therefore be used in combination with other applications.
It works with multiple applications and can be started from a specific hotkey. Its macro editor lets you decide which keys and which keys sequences should be involved in the process. You can also easily edit the registered macros by clicking the edit button.
Moreover, KEYMACRO can perform macros even if you’ve turned on Windows’ Caps Lock functionality. It will record even the words you write in upper and lower case and will not stop you from using this functionality. It can be turned on/off from the configuration window.
Support
KEYMACRO comes with a detailed manual that packs a complete information on its functions. Its developer offers information on how to use KEYMACRO via email, as well as an extensive FAQ list.
Configuration Window
You can change the hotkeys you want to use, decide between the hotkeys and the keyboard shortcuts and set the amount of time you want to spend on each macro.
Additionally, you can choose your preferred application from a combo list and start a macro by pressing a hotkey. You can also edit a macro by clicking the edit button.
Advanced Edit Window
You can choose between three modes for macro creation: simple, advanced and configurable. The simple mode lets you simply enter a macro, while the advanced mode allows you to assign macro parameters, key sequences and switch modes. The configurable mode lets you access additional advanced features, such as special keys, timers, system keyboards, mouse macros and delayed macros.
Currently, you can work with up to 200 macros, and the macro listing in the configuration window lets you edit the most used macros.
