DupeMerge is a free utility for indexing duplicate files on a disk and for merging identical files into a single file.

DupeMerge is a small utility that can be used to find duplicate files on an NTFS logical drive and merge them into a single file. A merge of two identical files is performed as a hardlink. As a result, the duplicate file is saved in the original directory instead of being copied. In addition, the duplicate file is marked with the proper directory.
DupeMerge can search for duplicate files on the specified disk(s) and on drives within the specified volume group.
File types are searched for by default, but DupeMerge can also search for directories. To search for duplicate directories, enter the path to the directory in the “Directory” box.
As the NTFS hardlink feature is not available on all Windows operating systems, DupeMerge cannot merge duplicate files on non-NTFS volumes.

Basin Electric Power Cooperative is planning to build a $200 million, 50 megawatt wind project at the Valley Ponderosa Wind Energy Center in Ammon, Nevada.
The project will include a 70.5 megawatt wind project, with 20 megawatts to be provided by an area landowner, and 30 megawatts to be supplied by a 40-megawatt wind project to be built by Basin.
Basin will be developing the Valley Ponderosa Wind Energy Center with local partners that include Sierra Ventures and Carbon Trust. The project is anticipated to be operational by October 2018.
The landowner is the owner of 664.86 acres of land located west of Valley Ponderosa. Sierra Ventures is the general partner of the property owner. Carbon Trust is the utility provider for the project. The 40-megawatt wind project is being developed by Carbon Trust, and will consist of eight 1.5-megawatt wind turbines (with two located on the property of Sierra Ventures).
