Cohen says the problem in healthcare is that insurance is “too expensive and too small,” and that the problem with the Affordable Care Act is that it “doesn’t get at the problem.”

“What are the problems?” Cohen asks. “The problem is that you have people who can afford insurance but not healthcare, and those who can afford healthcare but not insurance. And you don’t have a situation in which both are affordable. You have the situation in which healthcare is not affordable and you have insurance that is not affordable. And you have a lot of people in that situation.”
