It’s a tester-game to this new point & click game.It will be fun even if you have no experience with the genre.But you should be prepared for endless sneaking,evil lurking and many,many puzzles.Ok,the gameplay is not great, but the main focus is on adding atmosphere to the game, which will make the experience memorable.

•Environments are very intimidating.
•Random settings to some areas, like a dilapidated beach, or a huge castle.
•There are many puzzles and several different endings.
•Travel in tunnels, in buildings, underwater or in the air.
•There are a few rooms, where you will have to solve several puzzles. But not so difficult.
•There are 10 main characters, which are playable.
•The main characters have unique abilities, like invincibility, invisibility, barriers or being able to hide in the shadows.
•New weapons and enemies added.
•Several different endings (even more, when you try to finish the game in the first try)
•The best ending is the last one.
•The game has two different endings, depending on your choices.
•The ending is very emotional, and one of the endings is rather disappointing.

Looks great. I just hope it’ll be enjoyable, as it looks.

GAMEPLAY

Risk of Rain 2: Genesis takes place 12 months after the original Risk of Rain’s ending. While contained within the world of Risk of Rain 2: Genesis are many areas that overlap the original Risk of Rain universe, such as a common currency, base game, skill ranges, and/or items to see. This has allowed for many familiar locations to be revisited in a new and fun manner.
We have designed Risk of Rain 2: Genesis to offer the exact same original Risk of Rain style of game play, while having the ability to only allow players to have 2 options (either Edge Manage Mode or RAG DULL), and the FOUR default skills as found in the original. RAG DULL mode allows players to be much slower than in the original while Edge Manage Mode lets players be actually able to Edge Manage their character, since the fixed Last Man Standing mechanic has been changed to be based on character health. Both modes are difficulty based and are pretty straightforward.

Race

All of the original Risk of Rain races are returned, such as the buggy-like “Bugball,” the “Magpie” that steals and scatters items, the sturdy “Mecha-Buddha,” the fast “Blastcycl,” or the speedy “Pilfrogg.” The race list has also been updated so that there is some variety amongst the races; otherwise, if you played the original game you’ll be fully familiar with every version.

Skills

Most of the skills of the original Risk of Rain are combined with the skills we’re all familiar with from RAG DULL mode. Exclusive to RAG DULL mode is the FOUR default skills (“Fist of Flames”, “Secret Tomato Sauce”, “Mighty Golden Sausage”, and “Queen’s Blade from Hell”), a couple we’ve kind of always wanted, and
