As seen at E3 2018, FIFA Interactive Team re-engineered ball physics technology to better reflect the aerodynamic forces of how a real football moves, as well as the effects of gravity and other physical elements. On-ball decisions and actions are also affected by the light and movement of the ball.

Leading up to the game’s release, Visceral Games will continue to release a series of weekly release update reveals. The first of these reveals details the inclusion of new kits for Manchester United, Liverpool, Barcelona, and France – and the specifics for each team.

The Manchester United, Liverpool, and Barcelona kits are all authentic-retro and feature several nods to their local stars, including the iconic European team badge on the chest and authentic-era player names. The France kit, meanwhile, has a clean, modern look with a light blue and white color palette. These outfits will be available at launch along with a season long, transfer-market driven kit update system for players to purchase custom kits.
