If you type in the IP address of a website in the address bar of your web browser, what should happen is that the web browser attempts to resolve the IP address of that website by first going to the DNS server at a default domain such as google.com and then if that website does not exist in the DNS server, it then repeats the process with another domain, this time with the IP address of that site as the query. By looking at the response in the Network Monitor for a specific device that is trying to connect to the website, you should be able to see the queries that are being sent out to the DNS server. In that case, you can either change DNS servers or set a different DNS server to resolve the site by IP

If you need to add multiple IP addresses, it is a good idea to add them on separate lines.
In other words, add IP address 1 on the first line and IP address 2 on the second line.
