How to properly install openstack

I’m trying to setup openstack, so I’m following the guide on the official site:

I did everything except that when I go to the management network interface, I have no access to it

I tried to follow the guide but can’t seem to get the management network interface to work.
Is this the correct way to install openstack?
EDIT
The problem turned out to be a networking related issue.
The solution is to configure ipv6 on your server/router.
To be able to do this the Ubuntu network manager was somehow using a vlan instead of an interface for the management network (interface).
After changing the configuration and restarting the network it worked just fine.

The configuration of interfaces is a little bit different in newer OpenStack versions. The interface description still looks like this:

Where as for newer versions of OpenStack you should use:
root@54e1b81163b8:/# show interfaces

Which will show a list of all your interfaces.
