C++ – OpenMP: copy data for thread 1 to a global array and distribute using reduction

I am trying to use OpenMP for distributing data to multiple threads.
Basically, my data is a vector>. I can’t access the vector to allocate memory for the threads to share as it’s not in the same thread.
How do I do the same thing I can do in a more standard threading approach?
I’m looking for something similar to:
