Shoujo City is a sandbox-style city exploration adventure set in a virtual 3D Tokyo. You’ll have your own female character, who’ll help you in the game in a variety of ways: for example, she’ll act as your guide in the game, she’ll ask questions about activities and items, she’ll suggest appropriate dates and she’ll correct clothes and hairstyles that you’ll wear in game, by providing you with her opinion. You won’t be alone in the game, and you can choose to date one of the girls (a secret character) or a dakimakura pillow!
The game will feature several types of activities for you to enjoy. Depending on your interests, you can choose one of the 8 available main plotline branches:

  The Synthetic Dreams’ characters inhabit a dimension that is outside the reality, and they interact with each other through dreams. In my work, I have enjoyed creating dream worlds and the interactions of the characters within those worlds. However, with Synthetic Dreams, I wanted to focus on storytelling and the performance of the characters in their dreams. I am trying to get a sense of the acting process in my work: how it is different from film acting and from playing characters in a video game. There have been a lot of games in which I have acted in acting, but I have never played a game without having a role. So I could not feel the differences in an acting process since I always played the role.
  In designing a game, I want to make a process whereby a person is immersed in the experience of dreaming. I hope to present a kind of environment that is both familiar and bizarre. This finding in turn suggests that hPDLSCs are ideal candidates for clinical applications of dental pulp to fill alveolar bone defects, due to their apparent potential to form mineralized matrix.

  In addition, Ahmed et al., 2014 showed that hPDLSCs differentiated into odontoblasts. They reported that in the osteogenic-induced hPDLSCs group, CK, and ALP were expressed. Also, type I collagen expression was prominent in the dermal matrix of the group ([@B19]). In the human PDRD groups, the mineralized matrix formed by the cells did not express CK and ALP, while cells in the osteo-chondrogenic lineage, which express type I collagen, were found. This finding is consistent with the data in the present study, which indicate that the chondrocyte-like and calcified tissue-forming capacity of hPDLSCs is likely due to their potential to differentiate along the odontoblast lineage ([@B20]).

  Microscopic analysis of tissue differentiation in the present study revealed that the hPDLSC group produced twice as many mineralized matrix nodules as the hBMSC group, and three times more nodules than the hPPDD group.
