Do you mean to instantiate something, possibly using reflection, from within Javascript?
If so, that would be:

But this requires that you have a reference to the assembly the C# type is in, which means that it will only work in your development and test environment. You might want to look at Microsoft’s ScriptControl for the web, but that requires that your server supports it.
