In Visual Studio 2005 you can insert the PrintForm component from a File -> New -> Other template option or by right clicking on the Windows Form Designer surface and selecting the option from the New Template menu. This will display the Components Window dialog where you can see the various components in the Code tab of the Components Window. Simply double click on the PrintForm component and select the option to add it to your form.
