[Progress in researches on biological function of microRNAs].
MicroRNAs are small non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression by inhibiting translation and inducing the degradation of messenger RNAs. In the past decade, the microRNAs have been discovered and researchers have identified over 100 kinds of microRNAs in both animals and plants. Increasing evidence has suggested that microRNAs play key roles in a wide spectrum of biological processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, differentiation, development, metabolism, aging and even human diseases. This review explores the latest progress in research of microRNA function and explores their potential clinical significance.Izdovo

ASP.NET MVC – Comparing two models return different results
Hey there, I have two models “ThisModel”, and “ThatModel”.
Both models are similar in that they are both closed for edit. I want to allow the user to save the first Model, then load the second Model, then compare and save any changes to the second model.
However it seems I am getting a differnet return when comparing my two models. I want to compare the user’s changes to the second model, and if all is good, then save the changes.
Here is my code.
Model thisModel = Model.ThisModel;
Model thatModel = Model.ThatModel;
// Both models contain a property called “Salary”
if (thisModel.Salary!= thatModel.Salary)
{
return View(“~/Views/Controllers/Student/EditStudent.aspx”, thisModel);
}
else
{
return View(“~/Views/Controllers/Student/EditStudent.aspx”, thisModel);
}
Is this approach correct, I hope so!
A:
The concept is wrong, just compare them and if the difference is greater than 0 then save it.
if(thisModel.Sal
What’s New in the Photoshop 2021 (Version 22.1.1)?
Significant advances in the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) have been achieved since the identification of the causative agent, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), over a decade ago. In particular, a HIV protease inhibitor, now referred to as nelfinavir, has proven effective in combating the underlying infection. Nelfinavir is a benzyl carbamate that possesses potent HIV protease inhibition activity, and also inhibits the human cytochrome P-450 enzymes responsible for the metabolism of drugs metabolized by the hepatic cytochrome P-450 system. In a study in healthy human subjects, a single dose of a single oral dose of nelfinavir (Testtrazid, 20 mg) produced a 14 hour post dose maximum nelfinavir plasma concentration of 23 μg/mL, which decreased to below 1 μg/mL within 72 hours of administration.
Nelfinavir has been reported to be relatively non-toxic, with adverse events such as nausea and vomiting occurring in about 30% of patients (C. W. Coombs et al., “An open study of single dose nelfinavir therapy in HIV-1 infection,” Lancet 336:913-6 (1990)). However, gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhea or abdominal pain, generally, occur in about 13% of patients on nelfinavir (C. W. Coombs et al., “Single-dose nelfinavir therapy in HIV-1 infection: Efficacy and safety in a double-blind placebo-controlled study,” J. Clin. Pharmacol. 32:1202-11 (1992)).
Nelfinavir has been reported to be approximately 200-fold more potent than its monohydroxylated metabolite M-9. Thus, the compound would be expected to exhibit much stronger activity than M-9 in a standard HIV-1 infection in vitro system. Nelfinavir has also been reported to exhibit approximately 10-fold more activity than the monohydroxylated metabolite M-5 in a standard HIV-1 infection in vitro system (K.-H. Frevert et al., “Molecular design in drug discovery: Comparative activity of the human immunodeficiency virus type 1 protease inhibitors (HIV-1 PIs) nevirapine, indinavir, and nelfinavir,” Antiviral Res. 28
